Participant Selection and Cancellation

This section clarifies the organizer’s right to select participants and outlines the refund policy in case of cancellation by the organizer. It also maintains the original participant withdrawal terms and refund. Please read carefully before workshop registration; your registration means you agree to all terms and conditions.

Participant Selection and Cancellation

The workshop organizer reserves the right to select participants based on specific criteria deemed relevant to the workshop’s objectives. Participants will be notified of their acceptance or rejection in writing through emails.

In the event a participant completed registration but subsequently canceled from the workshop by the organizer, the participant will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Visa Application

The organizer will send a letter for a Visa if it is required by the participant.

Participant Cancellation

Participants wishing to cancel their registration must submit an email with written notification to courses@ent-oman.com and WhatsApp confirmation to +968 91994148

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations received 90 days or more before the workshop start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10 % administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 60 and 89 days before the workshop start date will receive a 50 % refund of the registration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the workshop start date or for no-shows.
Transfer of Registration: Participants may transfer their registration to another individual by providing written notification to the workshop organizer. The transferee must meet all eligibility requirements.

Workshop Organizer’s Right to Cancel

The workshop organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or natural disasters. In such cases, the workshop organizer will provide reasonable notice to registered participants.

If the workshop is canceled, registered participants will be offered the following options:

- A full refund of the registration fee.
- Transfer of the registration fee to a future workshop offered by the organizer.
